Today was a relocation day. Not a long one, fortunately. Our objective was Newport News, VA. My preference is to go down the DelMarVa peninsula and across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel rather than taking I-95 through the DC area. The drive was uneventful. Going across the bridge tunnel is fun. Most of it is on a bridge; however, there are two tunnels along the route. I always hope to see an aircraft carrier heading in or out of Norfolk, but alas, no joy. We ended up at our friend Chris's house for three nights.
