I like to cook. A game I play is to select something out of the fridge or freezer and then make up a recipe as I go. Most of the time this works out pretty well, and today was no exception. I pulled some ground beef out of the freezer and once it was thawed, I got busy. I chopped up some bacon and made meatballs. After cooking in the oven they were ready to make meat ball stew. Chopped carrots, onions, green onions, celery and garlic, along with some seasonings were cooked to make the rest of the stew. It was very good. Ginny liked it. So did I. This is fun.
