Even at f/40, DOF is a problem with a long lens. I was perhaps 50 feet from the buzzard and the buzzard is clearly out of focus. I used one of the online DOF calcualtors and found with the lens focused at infinity, the near limit is about 300 feet. Pretty amazing, isn't it? Other than that, I thought this was a cool shot.
