I guess if you catch all those clams, you have to eat them. Ginny cooks them like her mom does: breaded with crushed Ritz crackers and fried in butter. Delicious. That and some veggies and lettuce salad make for a first class dining experience.

Note to all you digital camera wizards out there: When you have incandescent, outdoor and flash all contributing to the same photo, white balance becomes a joke. Just live with it.
