This was a very good day. After a trip on the Isle of Skye to see Dunvegan Castle, we went back across the bridge to see Eilean Donnan castle which was a real treat. Very nicely done and very interesting story. We went back to Dornie to have a drink at a local pub which was next door to the Dornie Hotel which was once owned by our friends (now deceased) John and Joan McRae. Ginny spent a week there back in 1972 trying out as a serving wench. She decided to return to the states and attend graduate school where she met me. Good choice, Toots.
