I have never attempted to barbeque a brisket before. Today is the day. I got up early and had the thing on the grill at 6:30. It is supposed to take about twelve hours. This will be a learning experience for sure.

exzim - the recipe is here:

John - Yes, two meals would be in order, except that I was sampling all the other things I was making, so the need for a couple meals was obviated. A few beers are required.

12 hours ?. So much for fast food, I would need two meals, waiting for it to cook.
