Since it was a nice day and I didn't have any students today, I decided to fly up to Lufkin for a hundred dollar hamburger. It was a beautiful flight up there. I got above the haze and enjoyed a 15 kt tailwind. The diner at the field is fantastic. I had a cheeseburger and onion rings. They make their own rings and they are great. The burgers remind me of our favorite local burger joint, Miller's.
