This one came with the same collection as the police portraits from Preston, England.In this one a policeman can be seen standing to the left of the lamp post.
Staff with buckets on the ground can be seen by the doorway of the rather impressive building and a ghostly figure at the end of the building is a result of the person moving during the long exposure.
