The serial number on the second aircraft appears to be 4121 which was based at No. 14 Elementary Flying Training School at Portage la Prairie before being destroyed by fire in May of 1941.
Possibly taken by a student pilot who did his basic training at 14 EFTS before going to Brantford for advanced training.
