An interesting auction find.
The original is a lot clearer as this was scanned through the glass in the frame. It is very well framed in a vintage frame so I decided to leave it as is.
The name in the upper right is that of art critic and writer Vittorio Pica (1862 - 1930) who founded several publications.
Around the band in the centre of the picture is "Il Pittore Dell Occulitsmo John Allen"
