Include me in Jason, I have never seen anything like this before. There are plenty of possible reasons, even down to pure forgetfulness. Like rushing out and not realising she had forgotten to put a skirt on. The light blue cloth looks like the end of a shirt dangling. The pictures were taken from inside the van. If I had been outside I would have asked her about her fashion ? sense.
