In the old days when you had to stop and pay there were very long queues here.
Now you drive straight through and camera gets your number plate. Then you go
online later and pay the bill.
When the government built the tunnels they said when the toll money has paid for the construction of the tunnels it will be free to drive through. Of course we all knew they were lying. We still pay many years after they were paid for.
