For a friend I sent her Sekonda watch back to Sekonda 6 times
It came back 6 times with the same problems, thats a weird idea of customer service
She said what can I do, I took the watch and hit it a dozen times with a big hammer
As consolation I bought her a real watch, which never went wrong, and was a good timekeeper
The one here has never run for very long from new
