Its a Mitsuoka Roadster.
Small Japanese company, based on a Mazda Mx5 sports car. £53K when new.

It was easy to remember makes and models growing up. Now, it seems like nothing changes in styles. Who can tell? this does look kind of low if that's any kind of tell for a kit car.
