I know, I;m doing it backwards. I'm laying the tiles from the wall downwards. Two reasons.
1/ I'm old and no longer feel safe enough to stand on a sloping roof and bend down to my toes whan all thats waiting for me below is solid concrete.
2/ by doing it this way round I dont have to stand on the tiles and risk breaking any. Its a complete pain having laid a roof and as you get off you break another tile.
A separate bonus is I got the wall / tile flashing on from the step ladder. Now I just have to work my way down.
Still hoping for completion on day 8.
