Exzim, I dont think any one organisation is really to blame here.
Drawdocks are for the public to launch and recover small boats.
Over the years there has been a huge decline in people using the ramps.
I think that part of the reason is that boating is a really expensive pastime.
Every aspect of it is covered by rip off prices.
This is a shame as the Thames is a magnificent place to be on the water.
