I always try to name a gallery based on the theme of the shoot. Because there was so much diversity with this gallery, this was a challenge. AJ and I started with an intimate portraits series on the couch using different fabrics to create a sense of timeless beauty. We then moved on to more "Vogue-style" glamour with a wind machine and strong backlighting. Our third look was more artistic featuring a light blue satin cloak followed a quick implied nude series with nothing more than a white satin sheet. For our last series, we were looking for an edgy, sensual look which took us to another implied nude series using her electric guitar and refective sheet in the foreground as our only props.
Not many models are able to pull off beauty, elegance, glamour and edginess ... much less all in the same shoot. My thanks to AJ (www.modelmayhem.com/845713) who has remarkable versatility and makes my job as a photographer very easy. For anyone wanting to work with her, be forewarned that you will have an impossible task choosing your favourite images :)
In my opinion, the one constant through this gallery, is that AJ was absolutely stunning.
