Day 4 of my "top 20" - Goda solution to the dog days of summer on July 6. Ok, this raises the question on the origins of the phrase. Blame the Greeks and Romans where the phrase originated from Sirius (the "Dog Star") rising with the sun, causing intense heat; The event of the star rising was inked with drought, bad luck, and mad dogs. Clearly Goda is not mad but cooling off with the morning 6 am sprinkler run. Dreaming of warmer weather.
