Not the ever present staring at the computer screen with inefficient use of time, but the Frenetic random activity periods (FRAPs). There is no specific cause, but thought to release pent up energy. For Goda, it was tired puppy who needed a Nap or bathroom break.

Some believe that zooms are a good indicator of a happy, healthy, and active puppy. Over time, Goda zoomies has been replace with Mac chase sections.
