Location, Location, Location!

My long standing rule is buying the cheapest house in a great neighborhood. Location, Location, Location. Here’s the most famous house in my area. Goda is sitting in front of a 1894 Tudor revival house with features like a butler pantry, billiard room, leather-pressed wallpaper, and a hand-carved mantle. It’s 9,000 square feet with 15 bedrooms that overlook Barrington Town beach. My 900-square-foot cottage is just 500 feet away from this house, and it’s my shortest route to the beach.
