So this is Troll by Thomas Dambo, a Danish artist who missions is to inspire persons to explore nature (by finding these beautiful sculptures made from recycled trash) and reflect on the planets finite resources. There are 150 of these trolls world wide in 17 countries. In RI, this is our third troll over looking the port of Providence.
