My goodness, even dangerous in summer? Makes me think of Mt. Hood in Oregon, which looks so innocent and easy to climb. But weather makes it dangerous and deadly.
We don't weather like you have on white mtn . but we have a little hill where I live 8300 ft that people start out with good weather in t shirt and shorts and it turns bad and they die every year.
