Coastal erosion is particularly bad here, St Marys church will be in danger of disappearing within twenty years. Several houses have disappeared already.
I recall a few years ago here that, when local councils classified land exposed to rising sea levels as such, a state government in denial over-rode them with the argument that it was depressing land values!
