This was dessert at the Regatta of Cotuit on the Cape. It looks like sushi, but the wrap is dark chocolate, the rice is coconut (like a mounds bar) and the fish is fresh fruit! The sticks are rolled white chocolate and the dipping sauce is coconut creme. An AMAZING desert at an an amazing restaurant. If you ever have a chance to get to Cape Cod, you have to have dinner here one evening.
