~~ My Shadow ~~

***

I'm not happy with this, I didn't have time to take a better shot today...
Have you guys felt like somehow you're losing your 'muse'?

Have a great weekend and thanks for help!

I'm not looking forward to producing a PAD during the winter months

I think we all have those days!

Thanks for sharing. Nice to know we all go through the same things from time to time.

I feel that way quite often. Maybe it's the heat. But you came up with a very interesting abstract here. It has glowing colors and graceful, dancing lines. It's an intriguing shot.

I know exactly how you feel! I've certainly had my fair share of those days. One of the great things about PaD is that it keeps you on your toes. Since I've started this project, I've been more aware of the world around me, as it were, and the photographic opportunities. And forced in a sense to think more creatively. Even when an image doesn't turn out the way I want, or just can't get what I would like, I find that I've learned something from it. These days will pass, and as long as you're learning something along the way during these times of lack of inspiration, it's not a complete loss. :)

I know exactly what you mean. You feel like you are losing it or you lost it or you might lose it. Your muse that is or your inspiration or whatever it is. But at this one workshop they described your progress as more like stair steps. You move up and then you seem stuck and then you move up and then again you feel stuck at another plateau. But, something again kicks you up a step. So, I guess progress in your art is not a straight line, but a series of fits and starts and progress.--Rene

Funny, I've felt like that this week too. ...it's been a struggle to do my PaD. But we must persevere! Still a cool idea for a shot!
