Starry Starry Night Over Pyramid Lake and Pyramid Mountain

Oh, I was SO lucky to get several clear nights in Jasper National Park, officially designated as a "dark sky preserve"! On this particular evening I got many shots around the park, but the ones from Pyramid Lake were probably the best. I'll post another tomorrow after this one that is REALLY cool!

The thing on the left is a fishing/swimming float. What was just to die for was there was NO breeze, so I got starlight reflecting in the lake and the float was not moving at all for a long exposure.
