Mount Chephren and Waterfowl Lakes
An early morning jaunt along the Icefields Parkway in Banff National Park proved to be exquisitely beautiful on this clear autumn day. I first shot from a spot about mid point on the east side of the lake but didn't particularly care for the composition not to mention the lack of reflections due to the breeze. I drove a little further south toward that end of the lake, walked down and into the lake and lo and behold the winds completely subsided and this glorious reflection presented itself! I shot for a couple of minutes and the wind picked up again obliterating the reflections.
