These are award winning chrysanthemums from the Long Island Chrysanthemum Society that were on display at Hick's Nursery. Westbury, NY. All the pictures except one were taken with my Nikon D80 and Nikkor 18-200 AF-S DX VR lens, hand held and no flash. The backgrounds were isolated in Photoshop CS2 and replaced with solid white or a soft tone color. No flower colors were altered, only brightened.
