Bunch of Turkeys at WorkSharp (WS)....the quality control sucks, and the CSR followup is terrible. Wrong blade (#101, single action) installed, should have been #202, dual action. Hard for a QA turkey to see the difference in the etched numbers!

So when the CSR was asked about a simple replacement of the blade, no, the whole package had to be returned during the burdened holiday shipping season. Dec 16 ordered to Jan 6...order cancelled.
