What a shame! I mean, yes, it's gruesome. But it is also undeniably fascinating. It's about a 1/2 hour walk from the center of Guanajuato (Mercado Hidalgo).
Hooray for the mummies! I recently traveled to Guanajuato and wanted to see the mummies, but no one else in our group of photographers was interested. I did not feel comfortable traveling off on my own and vowed that I will someday return to see the mummies. Thanks for including them in this gallery!
