Sibelius Competition 2005 Dec.

From November 18 - December 3, 2005. I had this wonderful experience of participating in the 9th International Jean Sibelius violin competition. I played with the wonderful pianist Juhani Lagerspetz in the first two round, and in the final, I even had the chance to play with two different orchestras in Helsinki: Finnish radio symphony orchestra with Petri Sakari and Helsinki Philharmonic orchestra with John Storgards!

Was the second prize also Chinese? How come his name was not mentioned in the Sichuan Online News regarding "breaking the record"?

No, I didn't. They were taken by photographyers assigned by the competition.
