This is a hand dryer in the bathroom of the airport...
Check out the funny English (Engrish) that the Japanese use. You see it all over Japan. I applaud their attempt to use English, but the mistakes are just funny.
I MUST SAY though, that the hand dryer works much better than the ones you see in most US bathrooms. They place many small air nozzles, which force out air at higher pressure and not only does the warm air dry your hand, the high pressure air blows off water from your hand with an "air blade" effect.
The dryer also have a catch tray to catch any dripping water from your hands so it doesn't get onto the floor. The Japanese certainly do put thought into their products!
