http://greenlandwhitefront.org/ this website gives much info on GWFG . They are still in Wexford - but will soon be gone . Reason they are still here - after the severe winter - grass is scarce - so they are finding it difficult to fatten up for the flight back to Greenland - that country with the strange name !!.
the Greeland geese will be leaving Wexford Wildlife Reserve in next couple of weeks - and returnung North . They will be back in mid October - smart geese - how do they navigate ??.
