St. Clair NWA and Amherstburg

Our first stop of the trip was the St. Clair National Wildlfe Area, where Yellow-headed Blackbirds can sometimes be found. Unfortunately, we didn't see any, and the cold, blustery day meant most birds were keeping a low profile. We drove to Amherstburg the following day, which was warmer, sunnier and much calmer.
