These are pictures of my YG1 as it goes through restoration. Just about every part needs cleaning, sand, bead or shell blasting and painting. Luckily this bike was in fairly good shape and had not been left outside.
The bike got a total restoration. All of the parts were blasted and painted. High wear areas got a coat of truck bed liner paint under the top coat. Everything got a coat of epoxy clear.
New sealed wheel bearings, IRC tires/tubes, respoked rear wheel, new brake shoes/arms/hdwe, brake pedal. New chain/sprockets/RK MX chain, New chain case. New springs on the side/center stands.
New handlebars, grips, levers, cables. New seat cover/foam. Tank cleaned and coated with Epoxy sealer. New petcock. New fuel cap.
New Betor shocks. New fork seals, new springs/seats, new headset, new steering lock.
New main switch, new high perf.coil/wire/cap/points/condenser, new battery, new horn, new tail light/bracket new brake switch. Wiring has been repaired/replaced as needed using Yamaha style bullet connectors.

Most of the parts came from:
