ISO from 100 to 1600 as labeled, plus two extra shots at 1600 with Exposure Compensation at -1 and -2.
Captured RAW with Canon 24-105 at f11.
Adobe Camera Raw conversion to Adobe RGB tiffs.
Sharpen and Noise Reduction sliders at full left position (zero or minimum).
All other controls at CR default except:
ISO 1600 EC -1 and EC -2 exposures adjusted +1 and + 2 stops respectively in ACR to simulate ISO 3200 and ISO 6400.

Images cropped and converted to sRGB jpegs, quality 7 using PS CS3.
