8/5: Legoland

view map

A few people had the right idea with yesterday's picture, but most of you were fooled.
Petesie was the first to guess Legos, and Ann LT hit it right on the nose!
I strongly recommend a trip to Legoland whether you have kids or not.
Go during the week and it's nearly empty. Some rides we went on twice in a row.
As you can see by this picture, the front entrance was deserted at about 3:00 in the afternoon.

I would have killed for a trip to this place as a child. You really got me yesterday :)

Legoland is simply the best theme park in the world. Clean, fun, affordable, and nearby. I love it.

Ever since hearing about the Legoland in Denmark years ago I've dreamt about going there. With one in California, it might just make that dream a bit easier to come true.

"A Brickworks" perhaps I shouldnt be so subtle! It is sooooo inventive what they can do with Lego, but they never say how much it would cost you to do it!

I believe that all the Legolands have recently been sold to Blackstone. Life must be tough in brickland..

Nice shots - looks like a cool place -

Yippeeee!!! I got it right!!!
I must confess...the big hint I got was from Petesie, bec she made me look at the image again. It did look very real to me. I figured it's Legoland bec I knew you were from CA.
Wow...deserted by 3pm huh? Maybe I should take the kids before school starts. Thanks for the tour.

I always thought it was a fairly busy place, I always questioned their choice of location.

I've heard great things about this place....never been though. Looks like a fun place to go play for a while.

These pictures are probably as close as I'll ever get. Looks like a fascinating place. I'd never have guessed the right answer.

I should have known, but I didn't get it!
I think Legoland is seriously over-priced, but it is worth visiting once. It is up for sale you know.

Nice shot. I hear it's a fun place for the kids.
Guest 06-Aug-2005 03:36
