Guest 30-May-2005 20:43
Sounds expensive to me
Guest 29-May-2005 21:39
Canon conned you out of money and you're going to switch to Nikon?
Gail Davison28-May-2005 18:04
Yay.. it's home! Hope it's working well, Jeremy.
Guest 28-May-2005 10:40
Didn't get a spider on your sensor did you! :)
Guest 27-May-2005 22:23
Ok how about...
Canon service in california was useless..replaced something that was ok and gave you a big bill and you told them to leaf it out.
Your camera was top of the poles (Polls)
And you phone has been your only link to the web..hence the spider?
Oh and your lens hood looks a bit wafty..
Guest 27-May-2005 22:16
Funny picture, haha
Well, they need to give you a 1Ds MKII for advertising Canon
Tor27-May-2005 22:04
I have been wondering about this collage the whole day. I get all of it except the spider.
Sheena Woodhead27-May-2005 21:55
A spider got inside your rebel so you had to send it for a clean and service to Canon. You've now only got your camera phone to take pictures with!
Al Chesworth27-May-2005 21:31
I reckon something is wrong and you are totally PISSED OFF with canon.
joanteno27-May-2005 19:46
How about they found the phtographed spider in your back LCD PCY something?
You got me.. can't wait for tommorrow!
Faye White27-May-2005 19:00
well, let's see..... the picture on the phone is yesterday's PAD, sooooooooo, ummmmmmmmm.... that is a Canon spider, right? sooooooo..... hmmmmmm... I have no idea! :)

You took your Dreb to Canon USA for repair. Everything was going along smoothly. As you arrived at Canon to pick up the Reb, monster spiders from outer space invaded and all electronics were lifted to their space ship for further probing. So sad ;)
Guest 27-May-2005 16:28
Haha...I love the interpretation of many! I can`t even guess what it is except
you are to get your camera back all clean and ready to shoot!
s_barbour27-May-2005 15:56
You were shooting a close up of this spider for your PaD when it crawled up your pant leg and bit you...you dropped your camera in shock, flag at half mast showing it's death, took it into Canon for service, used your cell phone for PaD's, got the call to pick up your Canon Rebel, all is well again...repairs were fairly simple so you wanted to fly a flag at full mast to show that all is well, all you had was this California Republic flag so it had to suffice! I bet I am so close eh????
northstar3727-May-2005 10:38
It came back early, but inside the packaging was a rare but poisonous spider, protected under California law. Now the camera is in quarantine while aracnologists run it up the flagpole to see if it has legs.
Guest 27-May-2005 10:05
you got your rebel back from canon repairs but unfortunately you were bitten by a spider and you didn't have your mobile to call 911....so you are now in hospital and can't use your camera?!? am i right. :P
Karen Stuebing27-May-2005 09:18
You got your camera back just in time because there was a spider on your cell phone and you couldn't use it. Now, you're off to shoot photos of bears.
David Clunas27-May-2005 08:42
Sneaked into a bush to see if I could see my camera being repaired at the Canon centre. Climbed a tree and saw my camera. When climbing down I was bitten by a spider and fell from the tree. Took a shot of the view from my hospital bed using my cell phone. ..... Easy I don't know why no one else got it!

Seems to me that a flagpole took a picture of the largest spider ever seen, which was spotted outside Canon's repair centre in California. And sod's law, there was a cellphone floating in the air there too and you only had one frame left on your CompactFlash.
I am right, aren't I?
Guest 27-May-2005 07:25
no idea, but, but, you got your camera back before Kevin!!!!!
Dan Chusid27-May-2005 06:38
Canon stuck your camera on top of a flagpole to celebrate a special appearance by Arnold Shwarzenegger during their cameraphone giveaway and a nest of spiders took up residence inside the building and is currently holding the staff hostage? That sounds a little far-fetched Jeremy ;^)
Gary Winters27-May-2005 05:52
I'm not sure yet, but i think it has something to do with Barbie's demise a few days ago.
Pepe Zyman27-May-2005 04:50
You need to buy a Nikon to avoid so many problems :^)
uofmtiger27-May-2005 04:07
You killed a spider with your camera, so it had to be sent to Cali for repairs. You are wishing you had used the phone to kill the spider instead. Although, making calls with the Canon would have proved more difficult than taking pictures with the phone?
Robin Reid27-May-2005 03:54
You live in California which use to be a Republic, but because you are such a rebel you need a cannon [sic] to shoot the spider which is trying to phone home.
Guest 27-May-2005 03:48
and by the way... I have some spray to take care of that spider!
Guest 27-May-2005 03:46
The spider is spinning a web to make a connection between your camera, Canon and your cell phone. OH what a tangled web we weave... or something like that.
Vinh Luu27-May-2005 03:36
you camera was hoisted onto a flag pole, and dropped onto a spider. you sent it to Canon for repairs, and was forced to use your cell phone.
Di27-May-2005 02:56
Hmmm, your camera broke, you took it to Canon in California, found out it was more broke then you'd originally thought, got stuck using the cell phone cam all week, and got bit by a spider you were trying to photograph with nothing but the lens in the phone?
Guest 27-May-2005 02:41
A spider attacked your camera so you had to send it to Dr Canon in California and you're using the cell phone while waiting to get it back!
Guest 27-May-2005 02:35
How about a dead spider/eggs in or behind the CMOS?

Hey, It could happen!
Guest 27-May-2005 02:28
Intriguing. I don't understand, maybe that big spider went into the censor?
I'll be there tomorrow. How does the camera work today?
Guest 27-May-2005 02:23
a spider laid eggs inside your camera? and you had to ship it to California..yes? no? maybe?
Rochelle Weiss27-May-2005 02:13
What happened to the cell phone? Nice collage. Is fun to see what you will come up with next.
Gayle P. Clement27-May-2005 02:02
Funny image and I'll be waiting eagerly for tomorrow's story.
Michael Cempa27-May-2005 01:53
a giant spider attacked your rebel and it needed service?
Coleen Perilloux Landry27-May-2005 01:53
Your camera was broken so you took it to Canon in California. In the meantime you used your cell phone camera and got bitten by a spider.
