The market is crazy...it's like the sky is falling.
People are scambling to find homes, sell homes, buy homes. And, unfortunately, I'm right in there with them.
I've been searching for about a month and a half and things were looking pretty bad.
Today, things took a turn for the better...or maybe for the worse.
I finally was luckily enough to be that guy who was the biggest sucker...the one who is willing to overpay the most for this home.
It's still in the early phases and things can still go horribly wrong.
But, maybe in a few months, I'll have a roof over my head that I can call my own...and a mortgage so big that I will be working so many extra shifts that I won't even be able to live in my new home.
Anyway, swords are often double-edged.
I do have to thank my friend, Donna, who has helped to guide me through the process of the great American way...debt!
