I'm beginning to really like Kauai. Alice and I spent most of the day at Tunnels Beach on the north shore of the island. Because of limited parking, the beach was almost empty. Spectacular beach with very few other people...what a combination. Well, I thoroughly enjoyed being in no rush at all, except of course, we decided to try to get to Hanalei before the shave ice place closed. By the way, we missed the first 2 places but found an open shave ice place by our third try. Mango and lychee with sweetened condensed milk. Ahhhh.
