Ok, this may not be the most technically superior photo. Heck, it's pretty darn bad. But time was running short and I wasn't going to have this project die on the FIRST DAY! Actually, this will qualify as one of those "snapshots of life" photos. This is a big salad and its human partner for the evening, Alan. Versailles Diner in Fairfield, NJ, is the place for big portions in the late evening for people with little ordering inhibition. Shot after saving the world :)
