In business since 1901, my mother told me that my grandfather used to have lunch in this little cafe when he was a driver for Orange Belt Stages back in the 1940's. I love the juxtapostion of old and new in this image-- the restaurant retains its persona of an earlier era, but the mastercard/visa sign alludes to the changes of modern times, and both an old water tower and Comfort Inn are reflected in the window.
