Driving along a rural road in the central valley, I noticed that a group of cattle appeared to be chasing something. I slowed to get a better look, and saw that what they were chasing were a couple of wild turkeys. This one had his tail feathers all fanned out and was really magnificent. I crawled through a fence and walked a ways, hoping to get a closer shot, when the guy on the right noticed me and looked very interested. I did not wish to be the next intruder getting chased, so I snapped this quickly and decided it was time to get out. Next time I have an opportunity like this, I'll hopefully have a longer lens with me.
