"Volta was found after flying into a power line on Sitka waterfront in 1992. He was brought to the Alaska Raptor Center suffering from concussion, electrocution, and bone fracture injuries. Volta's injuries healed, but one of the bones in his shoulder critical for flight was partially destroyed in the collision, making Volta non-releasable."
