February 21

Can you SMELL this ginger? The wonderful smell permeates throughout the house.

Periodically I shred a big batch and let it boil for about 15 minutes. The liquid is trained off,
goes into ice-cube trays, then the flavourful cubes are bagged. They make a quick and easy ginger tea or added to
a cup of hot chocolate it is AMBROSIA! Never run out of ginger - try this.

Interesting idea Jean! Will have to try it in hot chocolate : ) I wonder how the ice cubes compare to mine - I run the entire ginger root through my JuiceMan, then put the resulting juice in ice cube trays. I drop them in a glass of selzer for natural ginger ale. Nice photo : )

I think I'll go follow you, seems to be a very good magic potion, and I know ginger is an excellent aphrodisiac.
