When I went outside to fetch some wood from the woodpile a few moments ago, I discovered
this little Nuthatch making himself comfortable in between the logs.
He probably thought it was a nice dry spot with lots of seeds fallen from the feeder
and the occasional bug to snack on. I was surprised he didn't fly away when I went indoors
to fetch the camera but he appeared quite flattered to pose for me. He was very fast in
his movements and the light was fading but I did get this shot.
