Birds & Blooms, Photographing Birds Near and Far

Birds and Blooms: Photographing Birds Near and Far is about birds, birding and bird photography. It presents a simple skill set to help identity birds in the field, offers suggestions on how to best capture birds (see the many galleries in this website for images)and then presents a gallery of images with comments. Ideal for nature clubs, photography groups and garden clubs.

The talk is both an introduction to bird identification and a tour of some of the world's hot spots for birding.
