Every weekend several dozen young girls gather at New Spirit Farm, in Lake Worth, Florida, with “Ms. Erica” to learn all about horses and riding. This incredible lady has provided a wonderful opportunity for teens and pre-teens to do something worthwhile with their free time, rather than just hanging out at the local mall or staying home glued to video games. The more experienced girls are always available to help the newbies, and everyone pitches in with taking care of the horses, equipment, and the stables. Hats off to Erica Lucas for being one of those rare individuals who really makes a difference!
