John,
I enjoyed seeing some of your images. (haven't had a chance to view all of them yet). I especially like this photo for the compostion and exposure leaving a peaceful feeling. I also lked #1279 of the fawn with the catchlight in its eyes. Of course, many others are excellent. I used to have trilliums growing in the woods of my backyard in Bremerton, WA when I lived there many years ago. Didn't know trillium shows existed until I saw your images! I found your site viewing the grizzlies. I had paid reservations for a trip in July this year, however, needed to cancel because of a family medical emergency. So, second best is seeing photos others have taken. I almost felt like I was there when I viewed your photos, however, I am sure the actual experience is awesome. Thank you for sharing. Also, I have been considering buying the Nikon lens like you used, so it was interesting to see your comments and especially the settings. I know I am rambling on about several points, but want you to know I appreciate your taking the time to share information and some of your experiences through the eyes of your camera. Susan
