This used to be Jefferson National Expansion Memorial, but is now Gateway Arch National Park. While they did do a lot to improve the grounds and museum, I think it should have remained a memorial, but it is what it is. This photo is taken from Malcolm W. Martin Memorial Park, which is directly across the Mississippi River from the arch. This small park has an elevated viewing platform specifically to view and photograph the arch.
